We undertake full measured surveys of your existing building and/or site in order to prepare accurate plans to scale. These are then used to help develop your project and are also a requirement if obtaining planning consent.

Statutory consents are the permissions you require in order to carry out the changes you wish to make to your property.

We can assist you in completing and submitting the relevant consents for your project, from 'certificate of lawfulness' applications for permitted development to 'householder' and 'full planning' applications and building regulations applications.

As well as other consents such as those for listed building, homes within conservation areas and party wall notices.

·         Technical Drawings & Specifications

We provide detailed working drawings and technical specifications to ensure your scheme satisfies the Building Regulations.

Generally provided in support of a 'Full Plans' application to demonstrate how your project satisfies the Building Regulations but can also be useful in obtaining competitive quotes for your building works.

The more detail that you have in the way of drawings and information, the more control you will have over your project both in terms of quality and budget.
